Please find below some conditions for our return policy which are as follows:
- If you have received wrong/damaged or defective product then please feel free to return us back within 3 working days of delivery.Note: Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery of wrong/damaged or defective product through email at firstname.lastname@example.org or Whats App us at 9350051413 & our customer care would help to get the refund/replacement of the product if there is a valid reason. If you are not able to inform us within 24 hrs then www.themagicballoons.store shall not be held liable for not replacing or exchanging that order. No exchange or return for Personalize Products. - The items should not be opened or used i.e. it should be in original packing with all labels on it.
- The actual shipping & handling charges will be deducted and the rest of the product cost will be refunded to the customer.
- The item which has to be returned should be stated on the invoice.
- Please make sure that you use reliable courier service that has tracking option of the shipment as the replacement can be processed only once the item is received in as is condition.
- The company cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage during return transit.
- There are no RETURNS ON SALE OR CLEARANCE ITEMS
- Any refunds may take up to Maximum 3-5 business days provided your case has been approved & your bank information is correct.
- For all refunds we will refund the amount to same mode of payment as used during checkout. For payments made by Cash on delivery, we will ask for your bank details and send you a transfer, which might take 5-10 days, since COD payments are collected by courier companies, and we receive money only after a 3-5 days. So, after we receive the COD payment in our bank account, we will refund your payment.
Items not eligible for refund/return:
If the customer chooses to cancel the order before the product is shipped, he will be entitled to a FULL refund. We will refund the money to your bank account. In case the product is shipped then the customer can return the product, but he will have to pay shipping and handling fees for the same.
