1. When will I get Personalized Name Printed Balloons order?

We try to make sure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

You will receive in-stock items approximately 3-7 business days after placing your order. Please note that the above timeline of our standard delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors, like your delivery location, etc. Customized printed Balloons production times vary depending on the product.

Unfortunately, during these times of COVID-19, the delivery of your order might get delayed due to external factors outside of The Magic Balloons Store and our courier’s, control. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but ensure you that we will try to make sure that your products reach on /before time.

2. Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

As per our exchange and return policy, yes, you can cancel the order for pre-printed and other Product, but other than customized/Name Printed balloons. We have a no cancellation policy for Customized Product once the order is confirmed. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and also hope you understand that our goal is to keep our charges low and processing time speedy.

3. Can I rush production?

Customer Satisfaction is out utmost priority. At present we don’t have option for Rush Production or shipping of balloons. However, we promise that we try our level best deliver before time, in case there are no opposing external factors.

4. How do I check the status of my order and if it’s been shipped?

To ensure that our customers have on-time delivery, we have associated with competent delivery agencies. These agencies have a huge network coupled with state-of-the-art delivery tracking system.When your order is picked up by our delivery partner, our system will generate and send you an automatic email. You can share your order id and follow the steps given to track your order.

5. Will I have to pay tax on my order?

To ensure that our customers have a hassle-free ordering process of Foil Balloons/Latex Balloons & Party Decor, our price list is prepared in such a way that all our prices are Tax inclusive. Thus you will NOT have to pay extra taxes on any your order that you place.

6. I have more than one promo code. Can I use them both?

Unfortunately, No. Only one promo code or coupon can be used on an order.   Also, please note that offers and coupons cannot be combined.

7. How much time does it take for Personalize Product to arrive?

We try to make sure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

In general, you will receive in-stock items approximately 3-7 business days after placing your order. Our maximum shipping time for personalized balloons is 2 days after confirmation the placed order.

8. How do I personalize my item?

Personalizing your product is the easiest with The Magic Balloons Store. After placing the order you can send the details to be printed on Latex balloons, Bubble Balloon & Foil Balloons via email address info@themagicballoons.store or you can also Whats App us at 9560025252. We will contact you and make sure that the job is done as per your requirement.

9. How do I submit a photo for an item I want to order? What are your photo requirements?

When adding the item to your shopping cart you will be prompted to upload a photo as a sample of your required product. We accept the following types of images: TIF, JPG, PNG, GIF and BMP. 10. What designs do you offer for personalizing products?

After getting details of order over mail or over your Whats App, we share creative to be printed on the Personalized Name balloons with you. Only, after getting confirmation from your side, we proceed for final printing. This process is followed so that the job may be done smoothly and also our customer is satisfied with the end-product.

11. Do you ship internationally?

We would like to let you know with a heavy heart that, at present, we do not provide shipping internationally. However, we would like to do business with you in future. Thus, request you to please leave your email id in our newsletter box and we will keep you updated as soon as The Magic Balloons Store commences International shipping provision. 12. Is my item in stock?

Also, unfortunately, once in a while, if any product is shown as ‘Out of Stock’ on our website, please call us and confirm the same.

13. The item is "not in stock". Can I order it?

Unfortunately, once in a while, if any product is shown as ‘Out of Stock’ on our website, please call us and confirm the same as we keep on re-stocking continuously.

14. What are your minimum orders?

On our website, each item description will state if there is a minimum order or if you can purchase the items individually.

15. What is your return policy?

As per our return policy, yes, you can cancel the order for pre-printed balloons and other Product, but other than customized balloons or COD product. We have a NO CANCELLATION POLICY for Personalized/Customized Product or COD product once the order is confirmed. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and also hope you understand that our goal is to keep our charges low and processing time speedy.

  

16. How long will it take to receive my refund?

All refunds typically take 7 to 15 days from receipt of returned merchandise to process.

If you have cancelled or rejected an order or an order has not been delivered to you, and have already paid for it, a refund will be initiated for the same. You will be notified about your refund status through email at info@themagicballoons.store.

19. Do you have a retail store location? I live nearby, Can I pick up my order from your   warehouse?

At present, we do not have any retail store location in India except for Delhi. Currently for all states and union territories other than Delhi, all orders are for The Magic Balloons Store are placed via the website, phone or email.

Unfortunately, No. You cannot pick up your order from our Mayur Vihar Office. We apologize for any inconvenience.

20.Do you have a wholesale program?
