1. When will I get Personalized Name Printed Balloons order?
We try to make sure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
You will receive in-stock items approximately 3-7 business days after placing your order. Please note that the above timeline of our standard delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors, like your delivery location, etc. Customized printed Balloons production times vary depending on the product.
Unfortunately, during these times of COVID-19, the delivery of your order might get delayed due to external factors outside of The Magic Balloons Store and our courier’s, control. 2. Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
As per our exchange and return policy, yes, you can cancel the order for pre-printed and other Product, but other than customized/Name Printed balloons. We have a no cancellation policy for Customized Product once the order is confirmed. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and also hope you understand that our goal is to keep our charges low and processing time speedy.
3. Can I rush production?
Customer Satisfaction is out utmost priority. At present we don’t have option for Rush Production or shipping of balloons. However, we promise that we try our level best deliver before time, in case there are no opposing external factors.
4. How do I check the status of my order and if it’s been shipped?
To ensure that our customers have on-time delivery, we have associated with competent delivery agencies. These agencies have a huge network coupled with state-of-the-art delivery tracking system.When your order is picked up by our delivery partner, our system will generate and send you an automatic email. You can share your order id and follow the steps given to track your order.

5. Will I have to pay tax on my order?

6. I have more than one promo code. Can I use them both?

7. How much time does it take for Personalize Product to arrive?
We try to make sure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
In general, you will receive in-stock items approximately 3-7 business days after placing your order. Our maximum shipping time for personalized balloons is 2 days after confirmation the placed order.

9. How do I submit a photo for an item I want to order? What are your photo requirements?

10. What designs do you offer for personalizing products?

11. Do you ship internationally?

As per our return policy, yes, you can cancel the order for pre-printed balloons and other Product, but other than customized balloons or COD product. 16. How long will it take to receive my refund?
All refunds typically take 7 to 15 days from receipt of returned merchandise to process.

At present, we do not have any retail store location in India except for Delhi. Currently for all states and union territories other than Delhi, all orders are for The Magic Balloons Store are placed via the website, phone or email.
